Challenge

After Ford Motor Company acquired Spin, the brand needed a complete overhaul of its digital presence. The challenge was refreshing the website’s design and UX to reflect a more mature, enterprise-ready brand and preparing Ford’s broader strategy to expand Spin into nine+ global markets. The existing platform wasn’t scalable or localized and didn’t match the quality or strategic positioning needed for a company entering a global mobility race.

Solution

We led the full redesign and development of Spin’s website, overseeing a broader design team across multiple time zones. Beyond the core build, we developed a modular system that could be adapted for global rollouts. We localized content, adjusted UX for regional nuances, and deployed versions tailored to more than nine international markets. The digital ecosystem was engineered not just to look better—but to scale with Spin’s rapid growth under Ford’s umbrella.
